What happens when your Transfer on Death Deed expires after January 1, 2021?

A TOD deed generally allows for a homeowner to transfer title of their property upon their death. However, with the law expiring next year, will it still work?

Today, we provide the answer to that question and discuss some of the disadvantages of TOD deeds in the video such as no protection provided if you become incapacitated.
