Jennifer Fu is the Managing Partner and Founder of Amity Law Group. Ms. Fu focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, employment law, and immigration. Ms. Fu counsels her clients on matters involving trust administration, preparation of an estate plan in order to maximize estate and gift tax exemptions, including the drafting of living trusts and irrevocable living trusts.
Ms. Fu is also experienced with defending employers in a variety of labor law matters along with employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. Ms. Fu is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese.
Ms. Fu received her Bachelors degree from UC Berkeley and Juris Doctorate degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and studied at Peking University, Beijing, China in the University’s comparative law program.
Ms. Fu is active in the community and regularly conducts speaking engagements for a variety of community organizations on the topic of estate planning, probate, employment law, and immigration matters. She is the founder of a non-profit organization Asian Women in Business Southern California and is currently the acting President. Ms. Fu is also an appointed LA County Commissioner on Local Government Services by Supervisor Janice Hahn. She also currently sits on the board of the Rosemead Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Fu is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
