Genicis Aguilar is an associate attorney at Amity Law Group, where her practice focuses on Probate, Trust & Estates, and civil litigation. She represents clients with diligence and compassion, helping them navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.
Ms. Aguilar is bilingual in Spanish and English and is able to assist clients in both languages.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Amity Law Group, Ms. Aguilar advocated for employees’ rights, representing workers in state court, federal court, and arbitration in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and PAGA claims.
Ms. Aguilar is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and the Latina Lawyers Bar Association. She has also volunteered with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and the Southwestern Law School Immigration Clinic, and served as an extern with the Orange County Public Defender and the Riverside Public Defender.
Ms. Aguilar is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
